LOL...ya, trying not to go bankrupt, that's the biggest problem with the Hive early to mid-game. Oh well, it could soon be time to look into a friendly loan...

I'm bleeding money as well. most of my cities already have at least 4 inefficiency credits, which doesn't leave much for the bottom line.

I don't know why, but I keep getting the following error when trying to save the attachment to disk:

"An error occured saving the enclosure (-1)"

This only happens when I try to save this file (I have successfully saved other enclosures since getting this error); it doesn't matter where I try to save the file (I tried saving it onto a different hard drive and get the same error); It seems related to the file itself, not the version that I got (Qualicide already resent it once, and I get the same error message).

Does anybody have any ideas about how to solve this?

Sorry Flomp, but I've never run across an error message that refers to an 'enclosure.' I'm not sure what it means (obviously the game, but why 'enclosure'?).

This may sound redundant, but have you tried running Norton Utilities? It might find something odd. Then again it might not...but it could be worth a try.

Sorry I can't be more help. If you want I could resend my last turn to Qualicide...start the process over.

KillJoy, I think we should do as you suggest, resend your turn to Qualicide. I should've been clearer though: the enclosure bit happens when I try to get the turn out of the email I'm getting from Q.
