Author Topic:   Which ideas to choose - let everyone be happy! Russell Chieftain Christchurch, New Zealand Apr 99 posted May 13, 2001 21:23         These arguments of which ideas should be chosen for gameplay (eg. Public works or Settlers or some combination thereof) could perhaps be settled by allowing all ideas to enter the game at some point depending on the following: 1. Which civilization you are playing. Different civilizations can think in completely different ways and have different approaches to doing things. 2. Your current government type 3. Which technological age you are in 4. Options chosen at the beginning of the game This way everyone could be happy! Potentially, just about every idea that's ever been suggested for Civ3 could be included in some form or another.
