What part of that news item is supposed to be a joke?

I hope I'm not making a fool of myself, but if they really are going to Africa to learn about its history to make a great Civ game, then bloody hell that's great! These guys are damn serious!

Can't wait for the Civ site

Xmas is coming up, civ site coming up, black and white game is coming out, I'm going to singapore, gawd, everything is going too fast for me =o(
