Please, can the developers of Civ III bring back the concept of settleing settlers in an existing city to give it an extra citizen. This is one of the features i most miss in Civ CTP |

I don't like that. It unrealistically allows for a mega-population boom without any real conditions that should allow for this type of thing to happen. If this is included in Civ3, there should be some sort of catch. |

I dont remember this, but I dont like the idea. If immagration is to be used in civ3, it should not be through settlers, but an auto thing. if a city is doing will off, then it would resieve more immegrants from other civs, cities, etc. |
