one of the best features in civ-call to power is the "play by email" multiplaying.
playing angain AI is going to be boring soon (especially when not very smart like in civctp).
but there are often unreliable players who let stuck the game by not forwarding the game file in time.
in a discussion with other players someone had the idea to set up a game server. the function should be:

-a group of gamers are signing at the game server
-they tell the servers how long is the time limit to take the turn
-the gamefiles are sent to the game server
-the game file is sent to the next player by the server,or could be downloaded by the player.
-if one player does not sent back his turn to server,
the server "next" the turn of the missing player and sends the file to the following player on the list.
-the old gamefiles on the server are deleted

a good idea but not mine
