Yes, it was great. I saw the new graphics, the menus and I also had this great feeling I experience with playing new games for the first time...

After this dream I really look forward to get Civ3.

BTW, are there already some screenshots released? It's a silly question because the masters at Firaxis are still getting new ideas but perhaps some of you in fact know of first pictures.

I had a deram last night - oh boy
The menus cluttered - they all seemed to hang
And all my units stood and stared
The Mongols piked them up -
Now I know how many cities you can lose in single turn...

I'd love to turn you off

(Who can spot the song?)

Actually, unattractive as they might be, I wouldn't mind seeing what ever early design crude graphics and screen shots Firaxis is playing around with now. Of course, they probably aren't very preaty, and they're never going to release them, but they'd still be fun to see. Just to know what the game looks like in the early testing phase. Probably a mix of very simple graphics and maybe units and stuff borrowed from other games until the real ones are done. I've always wondered what a major game would look like during this stage of production. Very curious...
