thanx. but was it really that well organized?
I always feel the Hive makes it a bit too easy, and just having Morgan on my continent wasnt really any obstacle...right now I am playing a single player game and I have about 15 cities with about 4 crawlers each, making one hell of a production capacity, now if I could only get some tech to reduce the eco damage done..  |

I don't know. I haven't played the hive. I don't like crowds. As University, in this game I felt I had a difficult time getting things done. I felt like I was playing in slow motion. The beginning of the game is so long ago now, however, I can't remember why I had such problems. |

My problems started when I found Miriam knocking on my front door with nowhere to expand. I waited too long to attack her. That was my downfall! We ended up stalemated until Dan swept in and knocked her out. Of course, by that time the game was long over.  |

Of course, I was quite lucky discovering Morgan quite early, and as stupid as Morgan is in the beginning of the game, I could easily take him out, and then there was noone else there to stop my epansion...so I guess my starting location was quite excellent.
Also: if you have the chance, never allow the Hive to become governor, economics is a big problem for the Hive, and the extra trade definietely helps! |
