Y'all, Is it a commonly-reported bug that buildings that are supposed to come free with certain wonders often don't show? I get the forcefields from the National Shield but not shrines from Hagia Sophia nor the computer centers from the Internet. I don't use cheats and have played on the first three difficulty levels. Thanks! |

Nah, it's just unnerving. Someone (I really wish I could remember who) checked it out. The effect is there, but you can still build the building. Also, building the building gives no added effect. It simply acts as insurance in case the wonder is lost. For example, with Hagia Sophia, your new underwater cities can build bassilica immediately. Shrine is a pre-req for bassilica, so you have the effect. Yet, you can build a shrine. Actually, I like this. I like to build Matter Decompilers in a few cities even when I have the Central Matter Decompiler.

Funny thing about the Internet wonder, Computer Center free in each city, so I also get that feat for free?Thought not. So if the wonders disabled improvements some feats would be unachieveable. Just a thought. |

Hey thanks. You're right, it IS unnerving. Glad to know that the effort on those wonders isn't wasted. =)Thanks again! |
