If I wanted to create a wealthy civ, I'd pick the following gov. types as they become available:1. Theocracy
2. Fascism or Ecotopia
3. Corporate Republic |

Sorry, I meant Virtual Democracy instead of cyber democracy, and Ecotopia instead of Utopia, its been a while since I played CTP(I like SMAC and MGE so much better). |

Personnaly I like Ecotopia ... Because of Forester, you can wip out entire cities from the world as if nothing had never existed...  I like too use ecoterrorist with subliminal message to cause despair in enemy cities... I'm a baad baaad guy, u know  |
