I've just conquered a french city and so stolen a science ("Spacial flight"). This was odd because the French civ looked less advenced then I am. It was maybe a gift from another civ.And then my cities changed from industrial age appearrence to a futurist one (French cities have still an industrial age appearence). What determine the appearence of cities during ages ?? Zobo ?

Moving into the next "age" (and therefore city graphical style) requires 2 techs. Space Flight is probably one of the techs for the Genetic Age. Apparently you already had the other one (Genetics??), and the French did not. There may be alternative tech combinations. I seem to recall entering the Genetic Age upon discovery of Robotics, too. |

On my technology tree chart that came with the game, Space Flight is the last flight advance in the Modern Age. Robotics is in the Genetic Age though. |
