i have an older version of Med Mod 4 installed

i just downloaded the 'final' version, and i wanna know if i can just unzip it to the CTP folder?

Yes, if you have downloaded all the parts including the 4.12 update you can unzip them into your CTP folder. Make sure that you unzip the 4.12 update last because otherwise the 4.12 files will be overwritten by earlier versions.
