Doees anyone know why for some reason when i am playing the thing producing says NP and the turns it takes to build anything says -???!??!?!?
when its like this the things dont build!?!?

Np stands for no production. That's why nothing is producing. Maybe you are paying the maximum for support or try moving some pop around to get more production.------------------
