Every time it try to play call to power it gives me this error that says A fatal Exception OE has occured at 0028: c004e80 in vmm (01)+ 00003e86 the current application will be terminated. I meet all the requirements double I have a 450mhz 64 mb ram windows 98 32k cd rom I have directx 8.0 i have a sound card but i do not have a video card if anyone has the answer to this promblem please reply or email me at Jcray@hotmail.com Thank you |

I am assuming you have a built in video card?
Dump dx8.0 and go back to dx7.0a, or ensure your sound and video cards? are upgraded to handle dx8.0 most need the upgrade to work with dx8.0. |

That did not work it still hass the same problem it wont work |

Don't forget to download the latest drivers for your sound/video card and patch 1.2 for Civ-CTP. |
