while playing i can see ressources moving through the map on blue lines.
can anybody tell me what it is?

Those are the animated trade routes. (You can turn that animation off.)

To start a trade route of your own, you have to build a caravan, and then go to the trade screen and decide which of your own cities to form the route with, or whether to invite other civs to trade with you.

Trade is very important to get gold, but if this confuses you, I suggest you turn the animation off.
