My main problem is the start video and in game vids, they only show moving green bars. EA tech support is no help and i have latest video card drivers.

Also i am trying to create my own faction but the pic has loads of black dots on it but only when viewed in the game.

HELP?

Try Activision, they are the ones who made CTP. EA is involved with SMAC.....

Oh! and by the way what factions are you talking about.

OK, What I'm trying to say is: asking in the right forum might help. From your question I gather that you are talking about SMAC, so my advice is to post the question in the SMAC forum, adding your hardware spec. etc.
