This option has to got be in herer somewhere, but being a daft bugger I can't find it !Anyone able to point me in the right direction ? Thx. |

I'm pretty sure Mark's correct.You can increase the maximum number of allowable civilizations by editing the userprofile.txt file. If that number's higher than the number of starting civilizations, then new civs can be created. This will happen when Spies incite revolution, or when cities revolt on their own due to unhappiness, or when slaves rise up and overthrow their masters. But the result is always a new civilization (unless you have the Egalitarian Act wonder, in which case the city joins your civilization instead). |
