When I open a franchise in an enemy city where does that production go? The city that made the corp. the nearest city?

Just how useful is the corporation?

As far as I can tell, stolen production is added to your civ total. It does not help build things in any specific city, but it does help with the maintenance needs of your troops and the build up of PW.

The corporation is very useful against AIs, not that useful against humans. The AIs have a hard time finding the Corporation, but humans usually don't have much trouble finding and suing it out of existance.
