I am having fun problems with the Mod4 pack. The first thing is that after a certain point in a huge map game (somewhere over 140 cities) the pollution dropped to zero. I wanted to get a good feel for the balance, so I was playing at the second level, but still. The second thing is that at various points, all of my queues hiccup and I lose all production. Lastly, I have also seen the bug where SDI can be built before it is discovered. Any ideas anyone? Anyone else having these problems? |

Hmm I don't use queues. I wonder if when you have units in your queue and you discover a new military advance, if that wrecks your queue.Yes pollution does not seem to be any factor in med mod 4. My guess is it's due in some way to at least one of the ai's becoming very advanced very early, every time. It's kinda nice since the ai never revolts due to over-pollution. I don't use nukes and the computer doesn't use nukes, so I never build sdi. cold |

Pollution may be reduced to zero by someone building the GAIA theory wonder (not sure on its name) Not sure on the SDI bug as I've never noticed it. If you are trying to build a unit that is obsolete then it is removed from the queue. |
