Topic: Can squares blackened by pollution be terraformed? |  |

Unfortunately, those black squares have started showing up in a PBEM game I'm in. We are all making efforts to reduce pollution, but in the meantime I'd like to know if I can terraform the black squares back to healthy ones. Also, if a river is on one of those squares, will it still be there after terraforming? Thanks for any advice. |

You can terraform them once you have discovered conservation (I think). I don't usually have pollution problems because I build cleaners before polluters or immediately after them, so I'm not 100% sure about the tech. And I think the rivers stay. You definitely can and it is mandatory if you ever want to use them again. |
