I was wondering if someone know of any mod that enables "game creation" in singleplayer mode to be like multiplayer mode. With the possibilities to make exclusions and/or end at an earlier age?

Well..one way for sure..is to play a single player online..Make sure DYNAMIC join is on..set like a MP game...and you can exclude what you want..and you could play it instead of..say..in a lobby..like california..or games..play in as an TCP/IP....so you wont have any intruders....then save it when you want to quit..and reload when you want to continue..its awesome..i do all the time my friend!!
