Any really big map that is ready-to-go, if anyone has ever made one.

I am thinking if a map is big enough, maybe my war walkers couldn't reach the other end of the map in time to wipe out the most advanced civ before it builds alien life. I doubt it though, war walkers are very fast. It's worth a look though.

I thought using flat map and gigantic would have a good effect but alas flat map only increases the effective distance from one corner to the opposite diagonal corner by roughly 1.5. Not enough I don't think.

Why don't you reduce the movement rates of that ages units instead?
