How do I establish a trade route with a city of another civilization? I only know how to trade within my own city. Can I trade with other cities? Please help me!!!

What you do, is buy a good another civ is offering. On the trade screen, click the "buy" button to see what the other civs are offering. (The sell button lets you offer your goods for sale.)

One thing to keep in mind though when you hit that 'buy' button. I've found the AI tends to be really stingy with it's goods. So you might end up having to go in there and look for twenty straight turns before somebody's willing to part with anything you'd want to buy.
