Fisrt off GREAT GAME!!! anyways im trying to edit unit/city with the editor and i keep getting this error (targa load error--unable to find the file UPU094.TGA) where can i get this file and once found where do i put it

The file is in ...\scenarios\apolyton\default\graphics\pictures. For those three dots you should read the directory where you installed CTP.

Anyway, if the game did not find it you are most likely not using the 1.21 hack. This fixes some problems with some files not being read from the scenario directories. I suggest you download and install the hack. If you don't want to install the hack you should read the Apolyton Pack readme which says which files should be moved where to make the pack work without the hack.
