I'm not too good at making mods but I decided i might toss a suggestion out there. If anyone else notices this "glitch" make a mod that randomizes the AI's civ choices so that we don't always have to fight against the English, Irish, Scots, Japanese and Native Americans. I tried downloading the leader randomizer but it had a fault, but still all that does is randomize the leaders right, not the civs?

This doesn't require a mod only a change in the txt files and abandoning any play under medium (I believe it's medium). You have to as has been explained before go into userprofile.txt and change the NonRandomCiv=Yes to No. That's all there is to it... and don't play on the two easiest levels or else this change will be reset.

Nope, that's it... as long as you avoid the lower levels of the game you should be able to play and have anyone of the civs appear. If not there's always the true solution of reinstall if you've made anyother changes to the game files.
