This is far from complete. I have finished adding all the cities and improvments, but now I need fine-tuning on how well they are placed, are they to strong, to weak, to much production, etc.

The main SLIC is done, but there are no special events. The aim is to take a zulu city Ulandi, but that is really hard, espically becuase I havent done the SLIC where you can kidnap their King and weaken there civ.
