I will let you guys know when I will begin to create the Europe and Africa map. I decided that I will make its height 210 and its width 160.This will be a scenario where you choose to be one of the European imperial powers in the race to divide up the African continent or choose to be one of the surviving African nations in a righteous fight to keep your people's freedom. It will be set in second half of 19th century through first half of 20th century with time passed each turn not yet determined. I will let you know when I begin this project. |

Best site that I found for any and all maps is one in Australia... http://life.csu.edu.au/cgi-bin/gis/Map You can set the map to whatever resolution, whatever location... it's ideal Omni - the mapmakers site of choice |

I had difficulty in setting the right vertical height for this map. I tried creating it with the height of 210, but even when I was just starting to lay down Europe, I could tell it was not going to work - it just was not going to be tall enough. Now, I'm starting over with a height of 310 and its width remaining at 160. |
