Author Topic:   Complete Worldmap for CTP2 MrNett Settler Zurich, Switzerland Mar 2001 posted March 04, 2001 20:45         Hi OmniGod (and everybody)! Well, I am very impressed about your project! I decided to make a "playable" worldmap (size 400x400) based on your main worldmap. Hope that I am allowed to do so ;-) You can see a first preview at http://www.crede.ch/ctp2/worldmap_preview.jpg The white box on the preview represents the visible part at the resolution 1280x1024. You can maybe imagine, how big this map is (at least I do!) I hope that I can finish this map next week. Have a nice day! MrNett P.S.: Sorry for my not perfect English... I notice the map you're using is not the final edition and thus the mountains and such don't work out as well as they do in the final version. Email me if you'd like this, there would also be the variablity in the oceans which isn't to be found on your preview map... and you're also missing Hawaii A pretty important spot... at least for surfing Glad to see someone else is starting to go map happy
