A huge thank you goes out to Locutus, Dale, Omnigod, and many others for helping me out with learning slic. Now in my scenario each civilization has its own message on the first turn. Yes yes, I know, "hello world" big deal, but its a start, things are getting in place. Next thing to work on is more complicated things that will undoubtedly require even more help, and I hope it keeps up.
