hi i trying to make new tile imp. but how do i make sprite i have psp6 but that doesnt work what do i need
and of course how do i program it?

i want to make:

battlements (outside of the city)
aa-placements (auto-defends against aircraft)
guardtower (and early type of fortifications)

i need help!
