Is It possible for me to make a new wonder?

Or maybe a Feat of Wonder.....

All you have to do is edit the wonder.txt or feat.txt and any other related item (tga's, library etc...) there must be a post here somewhere with how to do it... if not.. I'll write one later.... unless someone beats me to it...
