Has anyone tried setting "FoodHunger = " something
greater than 0 in CTP2? I've seen a number of
complaints from various users that cities grow
too fast and that it's too easy to maintain too
many units. If the "FoodHunger" attribute works,
this would solve two birds with one stone.

Only thing is, since it seems to ALWAYS be zero
in the Units.txt file, I'm not sure what kind of
values it ought to have. I could experiment, but
I'm wondering if anyone has tried this yet???
