Then why don't you all go and let the developers know that. Vote in the latest poll in freeciv.org. It asks what platform you most often play Freeciv on. For now, the results speak for them selves. |

You have a good point there. I actually made that poll with the forums in mind. Well that and rp mentioned it on IRC once. |

well seeing most people cant gt Freeciv to work on Windows I would be amazed if they could answer that poll with majoirty of people playing freeciv on Windows, if you asked the same poll here but asked the question who wants a Windows version you would get more numbers.... |

We probably would get more numbers. If we offered free computers we would probably get a lot of votes too. As a side note, I had to use a windows machine the first few weeks at my new job and I played Freeciv on the windows box after about 5 minutes. I don't think its that hard to set up.
