Folks, my monitor died yesterday so I can't check my mail or play SMAC until I replace it.  I'm hoping to pick something up tonight.Illiria, I know I got something from you, because I was checking my mail when it died. As I say, with some luck I'll find something decent and affordable at Best Buy tonight. :crosses his fingers: |

my condolences. That happened to me once with Comp USA 17" display 3 months after I purchased it. I took it back, spent the extra bucks and bought an Apple display and have had no regrets for over three years, now. |

thx, I can't really complain because I had this monitor for 5 years (Apple). This time I'm gonna get a cheap one though because I just don't feel like sinking the extra cash into it. If this one goes belly up in a year I'll reevaluate the situation with flat panels. |
