I am running SMAC on a 333MHz iMac with 160Mb memory installed. I have 100 Mb allocated to the game. I have run the 1.41 updater. I am late in a game, playing the University on Talent level. I am experiencing an intermittent problem. Sometimes when I click on a base to access the base display screen, the game freezes. I can't force quit the game, and so must shut down the computer. This happens most often when I click on a City that is building the Ascent to Trancendence.Has anyone else had a problem with freezes? If so, any solutions? Thanks. ------------------

Yeah, that's a bug that will addressed in the next patch. The workaround for now is to not click on the base that is building it.
