Author Topic:   does anyone know me_irate Settler ripley wv, usa Feb 2001 posted March 29, 2001 14:27          does anyone know what the celebrations(when the city is happy) does. I looked in the manual and have found no explanation for this. I remember in civ2 under democracy the cities grew every turn. I didn't know if its something simular or what it does. Any help would be apreciated.
