I look and see bash Activision here and there and this game sucks beyond repair here and there...

However...

I have moved past that..( as MarkG. said)

I was wondering if anyone else out there has decided as I have to turn "Lemons" into "Lemonade"?

I am still a babe in the woods in altering game files and as yet have not learned to do a scenario although I have posted a question where I could go to find explicit directions on how?

My qusetion is simple, who out there beside me is having fun exploring how to alter game files/game play and make a go of this piece of software?

I saw a succession game attempt for one example.

Another would be some folks trying to work out the PBEM situation.

I was just wondering who out there is indeed having fun!

Finally! A thread to post what's good about CTP2!

Well, I agree I'm having fun tweaking this game. I wish I knew more about SLIC and what-not, but I figure I'll learn that when I get bored with what I'm doing. I do wish the game wasn't so buggy to begin with, but hey... at least there's a lot of do-it-yourself in it. And isn't that more rewarding in the long run?

Its the only reason why I am still playing it - errr, I forgot, I'm not actually 'playing' the game until I finish my Mod.

I am currently playing a 25 city max challenge..lots of fun..I dont accept anything, ANYTHING from AI..no treaties, map exchange, stop tresspass agreements, gifts..ect. and they get pretty ticked off!..

I am try a me VS the World and its a blast..!
