Does anybody know if it is possible to make the program get rid of improvements listed that were made obsolete by a Wonder? For example; You have just built the Internet Wonder. Now you get a free Computer Center in every city! 
However, if you go to the build manager, Computer Center's are still listed as possible improvements.  Is there any way possible to remove them from the list once the wonder is built?
Secondly, even though you have built the Internet Wonder... Does building Computer Center's anyway have any additonal effect or is it a waste of resources? -- Skeeve ------------------

The med mod will do this.------------------
