Another one of those not sure if everyone knows.

When you buy a city, the Ai disbands all units within the city. This seems dumb to me. The units should withdraw. i watch a stack of 8 walk into a city size 1. My lone archer demanded the city for 2000g or i'd declare war. because overall i am so much stronger, the Ai gave into the threat and i watched as each unit died, including 2 additional boats that were already in the city.
