i havent seen this mentioned yet, but the scale of the game seems to have gotten a lit bigger.. esp with the gigantic (and larger, add in maps) sized maps. the basic strategies are the same, but with the expanded city influence size you have a lot more public works to spend!!

i like it, but playing on the world maps is kind of wierd now...
