Can someone here tell me what kind of screens or menus there are for comparing your wealth, standings, and power. In Civ2, there would always be info on that kind of stuff. For example it would tell you that your are 3rd in wealth but 7th in power, and there would also be screens to show how well you are doing. |

None!It's one of my main gripes. The pathetic graph just shows Overall, Science and Military. |

Are you kidding me???Knowing your standings for different aspects in the game is CRUCIAL, its so important. If you know how you are doing in science for example compared to the other nations, then you can focus on improving your science.
They should make a patch if possible to fix this.
Looks like this game will need a few patches. |

Science is one they do show, but it's only a line graph. Nowhere near as nice as Civ II's page of stats. Hopefully the mod makers can do something about this travesty. |

I haven't actually played the game yet but from reading a lot of the topics and discussions on the forums, there are many minor complaints about the game which will need to be patched up. Other than the minor complaints, most people seem to be satisfied with the game.Does Activision even have plans of releasing a patch?

there are graphs for military, science, ecnomy and overall standing through timefor science, you can see who has what(if you have an embassy of course) |

But why not have it more detailed, and show rankings? That would be very neat. |

Ehm, a graph is alot more detailed than just knowing your rank, and maybe someone elses rank.
Ok, you could add graphs for growth etc, but it´s not crucial.
Anyway, there is easy ways to add atmoshpere with SLIC, and send "rumours" to the player regarding his rank and others rank. Something like this was made as a mod for CTP 1. |

Agree. Anyway, it is more fun NOT to know exactly how powerful you -and the AI or other fellows- are. This way you have to think carefully before starting a war... |
