One of my biggest complaints from CTP 1 was the balance.

Basically,

1) ICS
2) Phalanx vs Tank and the Tank losing
3) The Pikeman being the most cost effective (cost vs power) unit in the game.

Have these been fixed?

Just curiuos...since there does not seem to be as much intense dislike of the game as CTP 1 caused.
