I remember for the first CTP, the developers for some reason decided to spice up how the game installs, namely by adding a quasi-Africano drum riff and a slideshow of sketches. The problem was, whenever there was a glitch, the drum riff might repeat endlessly like a broken record, or the small green status box might freeze up around 99%. There's no way to alt-tab or alt-F4 out, so your forced to restart your computer. In my case, this happened more than once. Also, even when it did work correctly, it seemed to take a comparitively long time. They didn't make the same mistake AGAIN, did they? I'll take a plain 'ole InstallShield status bar over that any time. |

The installation screen shows a slide show of CTP2 concept art. The music is different. There are no problems with the installer that we are aware of and it has been tested extensively. |

So it's basically more or less the same as Ctp1 As far as I'm concerned, they could have just as well kept a basic installshield. I never stick around for my computer to install new games anyway |

Hey, I enjoyed the concept art! And it'll be particularly exciting for people unlike us who haven't seen a whole lot of screenshots already. ------------------ - MKL "And of course Henry The Horse dances the waltz!" Shameless Plug: http://www.poetic-license.org .............All welcome. |
