Two short question to all they know a answer:

First question:
How many Civilizations would be in CTP2 to play in one game (in CTP1 you could play with 8)?

Second question:
And big would be the map?

Thanks vor all who give me a answer.

This should be an easy to answer question for Activision. The method of modifying a file to play with more than 8 civs was a very early issue with CTP I (since it was not endorsed by Activision), and likely one of the first things they considered simplifying for CTP II (I hope).

Can we get an answer on this, at least?

yeah, playing with more than 8 civs was fun! but you couldnt view all teh cives in teh diplomacy view - it only showed the first 8
i was hoping it was going to be fixed in the last patch. but, of course it wasn't. so maybe it'll be fixed in this next patch which is supposed to come out in november.

Plz, let us be able to play with something like 30 civs at a time. And its not neccesary to make the map much bigger, civs should be closer then they have been on both ctp I and civ II.

Plz

No No No!!!!!!!!!! If you are going to have 30 civ, you will need a bigger map. If not, after building between 5 and 10 cities, you will be knocking of your neighbor doorstep. Remmber these cities will cover Three or four squards away from your cities center. In CTP 1 city center where five squards from one another, if you wanted all twenty squards. Go look at some of the screens of CTP 2 and the city centers are seven and eight squards away from one another. If you build one large city, it could control sixty squards and not the twenty of CTP 1. City center will have to be nine squards away if you want a big city.

I'd suggest you edit that out...there's a strict policy on this site against the use of double logins.
