What is the biggest amount of trade arrows that you received from a trade route? And did someone try to create two "perfect" cities to check this? ------------------ Builder. "Antisemites? You mean, two cities of size 127, belonging to two different civilizations, on opposite corners of the map, both with four gold mines and rivers on all the squares, each with Marketplace, Bank, Stock Exchange, Superhighways, and two other good trade routes, offering something demanded by the other city? No. Sounds like fun! |

I'll try this now, but I'm interested in more "normal" cities(without population maxed by caravans). SSC with all rivers, 4 gold specials, all SSC wonders, and grassland in the rest of the city squares, under democracy with 100% science rate size 34(or 35) with all specialists as scientists can make 1200 science.
I'm wondering what can we do with trade... ------------------ Builder. "Antisemites? Oops, I thought you wanted to find out the maximum theoretical limit.I carried out some tests to find out... I have the "No Limits" Patch: Maxed out population, all relevant wonders/improvements, edited terrain, double production, etc. :- Maximum one time bonus per caravan: 4848 gold Maximum addition to trade per caravan: 2275 gold Maximum income per turn: 55537 gold Sorry, these figures are wrong. For the real figures see my thread on "Limits to trade". [This message has been edited by Roman (edited April 08, 2001).] | |
