Going through the archives i see a lot of crap.I mean check this out for an archived thread?? ../../forums/Archives/Archive-000005/HTML/20000426-3-000568.html whats the criteria for archivation? |

Hmmmmmm... good question!Usually, a thread DOES have to have SOME value. When I'm archiving threads, I read through them, and them make a decision. The longer threads are almost always archived. In the Civ MP section, the longer threads that are just being used for setting up games are deleted! However... since we are usually trying to move or delete 100's of threads, mistakes do happen. Makeo, you have way, way, way too much time on your hands. Not only did you find that thread, but you took the time to wail on Ming about it.In all seriousness, maybe the Great Library crew could weed/combine some of the archived threads. Makeo may have time to, as he appears to have time to review outlying threads.  |
