Is there an easy was to declare war on an AI. They way they do o you. Or do you have to dupe them to declar war on me?------------------

hmm, i gues syou are referring to when you are in Democracy (and Republic too, i think) and the senate rules over whether you can declare war. For you to be able to readily declare war, the AI who you are attacking usually has to have done something to you, or have been very hostile with you in the past. I'm pretty sure just sending a spy in and stealing a few techs will get that civ to attack you; and if not, hey, free techs.------------------

I'd say the best way is to build the SOL wonder. At least thats the easiest way. Or should I say the safest way. |

if you are in Demo or Repub and that dam Senate overrules you can try contacting other civs and maybe they will ask to declare war but usually you have to throw your civ into Anarchy.Thats what the SOL is for.I find the UN 50% very unreliable. |
