Someone out there must have done this?What are the various SS combinations and times - which is fastest for OCC (1 bit / year [hey! sounds like my internet connection  ] - which is just plain fastest??? Any enlightenment welcomed. Happy New Year to you all! ------------------

Best OCC-ship: 15 structurals, 6 components (3 of each) and 3 modules. Flightime is 15 years with fusion power.Don't remember the exact combination for 5 years (with fusion), but I think it's 33 structurals, 8 (?) components of each and 3 modules. Carolus |

Here are a few other combinations I have learned about through reading or actual construction.Minimal 15-3-3-1-1-1 15.7 years 100 pts
Maximum 39-8-8-4-4-4 11.7 years 400 pts
Fastest 33-8-8-1-1-1 5.7 years 100
Other 15-3-4-1-1-1 16.4 years 100
Another 36-8-8-2-2-2 7.7 years 200
& Another 39-8-8-3-3-3 9.8 years 300 All assume Fusion Power |
