I think iv'e never built a paratrooper or capitalised a city before.These is counting cheat mode.If not in cheat mode the list would be too big. |

I very rarely build courthouses. My strategy just doesn't allow for such needless buildings...I change ASAP to Fundamentalism (via Statue of Liberty) and corruption/waste is tiny in that system.------------------
The next 20 years will be a fascinating time to watch the U.K.

I'll build courthouses onle when corruption is rapant in one city. 14% maybe, otherwise I wait for better gov.
I use Capitalization when nothing left to build. Eiffel Tower??????? Ha! |

Oh yeah,
I never build helicopters either. Too expensive, not strong enough.
Are they considered land or air domain?
They can cross the ocean with no help(air) but can also take cities(land)
So which is it? |
