Does anyone build them? I build at least one mega-city each game, mostly for the heck of it. Above 42 it is no longer economical to grow a city any bigger, as any specialists you get after a certain number can only be Entertainers. Still I do it anyway all the way up to 60. The city has a food deficit of 22, but that's fixed by constantly sending in food caravans to fill up the box when it runs low.
