Hi All:I just heard from Chris, and he is too swamped with other things to continue as webmaster. So we're hiring again . For those who haven't seen it, the current, IMO great Clash Web Site made by Dom and Kull is right here at Apolyton. We need a current and attractive web site to pull those prospective team members in! And as we are moving forward into very active release-and-modify cycles having an active webmaster is critical... So if you have the Time and the Skills, let me know if you're interested! Redesign is certainly a strong possiblity, but first you need to be able to keep up with the day-to-day updates and info. -Mark |

If u read my "occupation" I'm a student, so I don't have much time. But, I've been looking for a website assignment to do. I got a bit worried when Chris said he was swamped so can't promise anything, but I could update the site from time to time. I'm also a programmer and fervent gamer and I like what I see; Clash has great promise. Maybe I could send an example of my work? Well anyway, Mark (???) can email me if Clash is interested. From the look of it the site is updated very often anyway Demo5 Central says the release date is 9/30/00. |

Hi earksiinni! An official welcome to Clash Thanks for volunteering. It turns out that Dom, our original webmaster is going to return, providing we can get him access to the FTP site (there's a small glitch with that right now). But there would probably be room for odd assignments to go your way... I'll mention it to him if you like (He doesn't do the forum much.) Thanks for the comments in the other thread, I'll respond when I have time . And I'll see if I can't fix that 9/30/00 right now! |

earksiinni: I would appreciate any help that you can give me from "time to time". I use FrontPage 2000 to create most of my pages. If we get this FTP issue fixed, I'm going to spend some time reorganizing the site. From what I see, the site needs major updates to news, some models, ect ... I would appreciate any help you can give me. As long as I need it ... Mark E: So ... What’s going on about FTP Access? (I really know that I'm bugging you about it, but ...) Dom just let me know that he's set up with FTP access! So I'm going to take advantage of that to close this thread, since it might create confusion if its left active. |
